01Rule builder
Plain-English IF / THEN. No scripting.
Pick a metric, a threshold, an action. Add a schedule and a marketplace. That's a rule. The same primitives back everything from a one-keyword tweak to a portfolio-wide ACOS floor.
02Rule library
Six rules cover most operators.
Start from the library, tune the numbers to your category, ship. Every preset is the exact policy a Sellerbud operator team is running today against amazon.in.
Target ACOS 25%
Walk every keyword toward 25% ACOS — small step-sizes, ceiling protected, schedule-aware so it doesn't flap.
Max CPC ₹22
Hard ceiling on cost-per-click. Sellerbud refuses bids above the cap even when Amazon's suggestion is higher.
ROAS floor 4×
If a keyword's 14-day ROAS slips under 4×, lower the bid by 10% — until ROAS recovers or the floor stops you.
Pause if 0 conversions in 14 days
Drain the long tail. Auto-pause keywords with ad clicks but no orders for two weeks — they wake up if you un-pause.
Boost top-of-search winners
Keywords averaging 4×+ ROAS and rank ≤ 3 get a 10% lift every 24h, capped at your max CPC.
Defend brand keywords
Always-on bid floor on your branded terms. Competitors who try to outbid you pay the brand-defence premium, not you.
03Audit log
Every change. Every reason. Forever.
The bid log is append-only. Every adjustment carries the rule that fired, the metric it reacted to, and the human who can answer for it. Export it. Hand it to anyone — finance, founder, board. Nothing is hidden.

04Override flow
Trust the rules. Override when you need to.
Auto-bidding is only safe if you can stop it instantly. Pausing or overriding never destroys history — it's logged as just another row, with your name on it.
See the change in the log
Filter the audit log by rule, campaign or keyword. The bid that surprised you is one row.
Pause rule or override bid
One click pauses the rule for 24h, the day, or indefinitely. Or set a manual bid that the rule must respect.
History preserved, rule resumes
Un-pause and the rule picks up where it left off. The override row stays in the log, attributed to you.
05Paper trail
Built for the monthly review meeting.
Rules ship with owners, approval trails and exportable history. The auto-bidding conversation with finance stops being a fight and starts being a slide.
Every rule has an owner + approval trail
Rules can't go live unsigned. Sellerbud records who created it, who approved it, and every edit since — visible from the rule card and in the audit export.
Export the full log for monthly review
One click pulls the entire bid-change log for any date range and rule set. Hand it to finance, drop it into the board pack, archive it for compliance.
Scheduled exports email finance the log on the 1st of every month — no one has to remember.
06Proof
Operators who run on it.
Finance blocked auto-bidding for two years — too opaque. Sellerbud's audit log changed that in one meeting. We're now at 26% ACOS, down from 41%.
ACOS · 6-month trend

Things operators ask before they buy.
How fast does a rule fire after I create it?
On the next scheduled tick. Most rules run every 4 hours by default; you can drop to hourly for time-sensitive campaigns or daily for slow categories. The first evaluation happens within minutes of you hitting Save — you'll see the first row in the audit log right away.
Can I run rules on Brand campaigns only?
Yes. Every rule scopes to a marketplace, a campaign type (SP / SB / SD), a campaign tag, or an explicit campaign list. A common pattern: aggressive ACOS rules on SP Auto, conservative defence rules on SB Brand — both running side by side on amazon.in.
What if a rule loops with another rule?
Sellerbud detects rule conflicts before they fire. If two rules would touch the same keyword in the same tick, the rule with the higher priority wins and the other one is logged as 'deferred'. You can re-rank priorities from the rule library at any time — no rule ever silently overrules another.
Can I require approval before a rule fires?
Yes. Turn on Approval mode for any rule and it goes into 'shadow' — Sellerbud computes the change it would have made and emails it to the approver list. Nothing hits Amazon until someone clicks Approve. Useful for new rules, or for rules that govern more than ₹1L/month of spend.
Does Sellerbud touch budgets too, or only bids?
Both. The same rule engine governs daily budgets — common policies include 'raise budget 20% if 4pm pacing exceeds 90%' and 'pause campaign if 7-day ROAS drops below 2×'. Budget changes carry the same audit trail as bid changes.
