Things operators ask before they buy.

How often does Sellerbud pull from the Amazon Ads API?

Performance data refreshes hourly during marketplace business hours and at least every 4 hours overnight. Bid, budget and negative-keyword changes you make in Sellerbud are pushed back within 60 seconds and reflected in the next Amazon reporting window.

Can I override an automated bid change?

Every suggestion is preview-first by default — nothing changes on Amazon until you click Apply. If you want full autopilot, switch a campaign to managed mode and we'll act on rules you've signed off on. Either way, the override (or the auto-action) lands in the change log with your name on it.

Does this support Amazon DSP?

Not yet. We cover SP, SB and SD — the three ad products almost every Indian seller actually runs. DSP requires a separate Amazon contract and is on the roadmap once enough customers ask for it; today it lives outside this console.

What if a rule fires during a Diwali spike I don't want it to?

Every rule has a calendar guard. Mark Diwali week (or Rakhi, Holi, or any custom window) as protected and the platform pauses all rule firings, holds bids, and queues a digest of what it would have done — so you can review on Monday morning instead of fighting fires on Sunday night.

Can my agency see the change log?

Yes. Add agency users as collaborators on the marketplace with view-only or edit roles. Their actions land in the same change log as yours, stamped with their email. No more 'who raised that bid' messages on WhatsApp.
