Winners harvested. Wasters blocked.

Sellerbud scans your search-term reports every 6 hours. Converting queries become new exact-match keywords. Money-burners become negatives — automatically.

  • Auto-harvest converting search terms as new exact keywords
  • Poor performers promoted to negatives in their parent campaign
  • Configurable ACOS & conversion thresholds — per campaign

01Harvest flow

Converters become keywords.

A query that already converts is the cheapest keyword you'll ever add. Sellerbud finds them in your search-term reports and promotes them to exact-match before you'd have noticed.

02Negative flow

Wasters become negatives.

A query that drains spend without converting is the cheapest negative you'll ever add. Sellerbud catches them in the same sweep and blocks them at the parent campaign before they cost you another week.

Same 6-hourly sweep — one pass, two outcomes.

03Thresholds

Your rules. Your numbers.

Defaults work for most steady-state accounts. Tighten them for cash discipline; loosen them during a launch. Every threshold is a single number — no rule-builder DSL to learn.

Active rules · amazon.in · default profile

Editable
Conversions to harvest
Minimum orders before a term is promoted to exact-match
ACOS ceiling
Harvest only when the converting term's ACOS is at-or-under this
Clicks before negative
Minimum clicks with zero conversions before a term is blocked
Lookback window
Rolling window the rules evaluate against

Override per campaign for Diwali/Rakhi pushes — relaxed for new launches (harvest at 1 conv, ACOS ≤ 40%), tighter for steady-state cash-cow SKUs (ACOS ≤ 18%).

06Proof

Operators who run on it.

We have 1,400 SKUs on amazon.in. Manually combing search-term reports for harvesting was a 6-hour weekly job for one person. Sellerbud does it in real-time and finds 3× more winners.

07Objections

Things operators ask before they buy.

Won't auto-harvesting blow up my keyword count?

No. We harvest only on hard signal — at-or-above your conversion threshold and at-or-below your ACOS ceiling. Default settings on a 1,400-SKU amazon.in account produce roughly 40–60 new keywords a week, not thousands. You can also cap weekly harvests per campaign if you want a hard ceiling.

What if I want to whitelist a term Sellerbud thinks is wasteful?

Add it to the whitelist for that campaign (or globally) and Sellerbud will never negative it, even if the ACOS rule fires. Reverse works too — block-list a term you never want harvested, even if it converts.

Does this work for SB / SD too, or only SP?

Sponsored Products today — that's where the search-term report is richest and the harvest signal is cleanest. Sponsored Brands (search-term report) is in beta. Sponsored Display has no equivalent report from Amazon, so harvesting there isn't meaningful; the negatives flow is on the roadmap.

Can I dry-run before going live?

Yes. Switch any campaign (or the whole account) to suggest-only mode — Sellerbud surfaces every harvest and negative it would have made, but doesn't push the change to Amazon until you approve. Most operators dry-run for a week before flipping to auto.

How does this handle Hindi/transliterated search terms?

Honestly. We treat the search term as opaque text — "sundar kurti" or "मेन्स कुर्ता" are evaluated on the same conversion + ACOS math as English queries. The harvest still adds them as exact-match keywords and Amazon serves them when buyers search in the same script. We do not transliterate or translate; the buyer's intent is whatever they typed.
